I just finished reading “The Innocent Man” by John Grisham. I highly recommend it.
it is a true story of Ron Williamson and Dennis Fritz. Two people wrongly convicted and sent to death row.
Read it.

I’m gonna head over to the Broadway Bar tonight.
See ya there.
The co-op seems to be doing pretty good. Read it here.
In this post I mentioned what used to be the old town of Ustick. Now located on Ustick road between Five Mile and Cloverdale. I went by there the other day and took a picture.

Join us for twelve days of seasonal and holiday beer tasting at the Boise Co-op. We’ll kick off the event on December 6th with the extraordinary Samichlaus Lager and a selection of German dessert beers. Must be 21+ with valid ID to participate.
I’ve restarted this blog several times. The last time was a couple of months ago where I wiped out everything and started over. I wanted to get more people involved, but not many were interested. Okay. I can deal with that. In the end it is better that way cause I’m a bit wishy washy on stuff. I still wouldn’t mind having contributors but that is another article.
Anyway, to the point. Before I wiped everything out I used to do restaurant reviews of hamburger joints. I would take a picture and then write up a little something about it. Its fun. Today, I’m going through my Blogroll to see what other Boise sites are doing and I see THIS. Boisee.com is doing it. They aren’t doing a review, just taking a picture and posting it which is kinda cool in itself. Now I’m thinking I need to go back and do that too. I had fun doing it so it should be fun again. I’ll go beyond hamburgers, even though they are one of my favorites. BTW, the hamburgers down at the Main Auction aren’t too bad. Not gourmet, but they beat a Sonic Burger hands down.
Starting this Monday the ACHD is will start working on the widening of Ustick Road between Cole and Maple Grove. I know there was some controversy over this project. But, I’m not sure if this has to do with the whole Ustick road project or just a portion of it. The only place I’d have any objection to the widening would be between Five Mile and Cloverdale and only if it ruins what is left of the old town of Ustick. Yes… there used to be a town of Ustick, Idaho. The only remains are a few old buildings on the south side of Ustick Road.
Either way, on Monday, Qualitree is going to come in and start removing all the trees in the new right of way on the North side of Ustick.
Has any of you, my 2-3 readers, ever been to the Main Auction? I go down there occasionally. You can get some really good deals. If you like yard sales… this place is the ultimate yard sale. Only difference is, you gotta bid on the stuff. Maybe next week I’ll go down there and take some pictures. I’ll post them as well.
